To create a meaningful ceremony the first thing you need to know is what you are trying to accomplish with that ceremony. The primary purpose is usually accomplished by means of making connections. When we are part of a ceremony we connect more fully with all entities involved in that ceremony whether they are the other people in the ceremony or deities we gather to worship and commune with.
