Richard Pyke Still Faces Numerous Charges In Clark County (Indiana)
As the director of R.D Pyke Funeral Home, Pyke was entrusted with final arrangements for countless grieving families.
Pyke pleaded guilty to two counts of insurance fraud and was ordered to serve two years in prison, but the sentence is considered complete because he was given credit for time already served.
Pyke is far from being a free man. While he had six charges to deal with in Floyd County, he still has 61 charges to face in Clark County.
