Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors rejects proposal to reopen funeral home

A North Linden [Ohio] funeral home whose license was suspended after the wrong child’s body was cremated won’t be able to reopen under new ownership, a state panel decided yesterday…..

In May 2010, the funeral home had 14-month-old Jaylen Talley cremated after the Franklin County coroner’s office mistakenly released the child’s body to a driver Gary employed.
