In NY state religious cemeteries do not

In NY state religious cemeteries do not even have state regulations because the Archdiocese of NY is supposed to be managing all cemeteries. I learned that local parishes run smaller catholic cemeteries in NY area. Arch Diocese claims only managing of larger catholic NY cemeteries
