Parents bought plots here under old management. Mom died 3 weeks ago and when we arrived at the cemetery for burial service, her casket/flowers, etc., were set up in a different spot from where her headstone was. In a different section. WHAT A TIME TO FIND THAT OUT! Office personnel tried to blame previous owners for mixups, double selling plots, etc., BUT they had 4 days to notify us of any problems and NOT allow us to show up at the graveside with this kind of mess. Their attitudes have been beligerant, disrespectful and frankly rude. Only after much pressuring did they agree to reimburse expenses. Now it’s 3 weeks later and Memorial weekend. Mom’s grave is still covered in all the old flowers. Her headstone has not been moved (as promised earlier in the week). None of the dirt has been leveled. Completely unprofessional. Parents had 2 other couples who had purchased. One couple have checked their plots and, sure enough, they were double sold to someone else and they had to pick out new ones. At least they didn’t have to drive up to the graveside and find this out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CEMETERY.
