My husband was buried in a wooden casket

My husband was buried in a wooden casket, with a “sectioned grave liner” in 1987 in Eugene, Or where we get a lot of rain. I have recently discovered a lovely old cemetery near my house and want to have his remains disinterred. After 25 years in this climate, do you think ANYTHING is left? What are my options if I want “him” moved to this nearby cemetery?
