This place is a joke!!! It’s funny how when you go there to make your final arrangements for your loved ones you get blind sided by bogus charges. Oh well you have to pay for vault that you did not pay for even know it shows on your paperwork what you purchased and some how they screw with you enough you just pay it cause you are greiving and you just want this to be over with. Oh but hey it’s not their fault cause it has new owners and the people before did not keep good books and more and more BS coming your way but we will wave this charge and that charge but we will still charge you 2000.00!!! You know the Colonel did not want it this way he has since passed is the story we heard but he was alive and well and just this past Febuary he was roaming the grounds with his dog running every where while we are trying to visit our father’s grave. My father has been gone for 2 years and everytime I have to visit this crappy cemetary it makes me physically ill how they take care of the grounds is heartbreaking! My friend’s grandfather just recently passed away and her grandmother got the same lame story my mother got, you people should be ashamed of yourselves.As for Robert Boyles yes he knows what he is doing screwing people over he has no morales or he would not not be working in a place where they get off on screwing people over. So shame on all the people who work for Swan Lake Mermorial gardens. I only hope one day I win the lottery so I can move my father to some place else!!
