I’m not a big fan of City of Oaks Funera

I’m not a big fan of City of Oaks Funeral Home – I didn’t like the fact that Mom was picked up in a SUV rather than a hearse. The funeral director told me they always use a SUV or mini van type vehicle to pick up families loved ones when someone passes but I would have rather had a hearse come for her. I also didn’t like the fact it took a whole week to get the death certificates back – seemed like a long time before I could get the insurance money. I did appreciate the donuts and the fact that I could pay over 30 days and they didn’t make us pay that day.
