That cup is an EXCELLENT wake up call…. All too often we see funeral homes take advantage of families after the passing of a loved one. I do not want to pass this burden on to my family. I will make that decision for them. We have a living trust, but have failed to make ‘final’ arrangements. I plan to purchase the booklet providing my family specific instructions. I am also going to order TWO of those coffee mugs. Yes, they are conversation starters… it’s time people start planning.
