In a sealed casket, once the “Stew” proc

In a sealed casket, once the “Stew” process happens, if under ground, and the fluids leak out, Will there be any bones left? Can bones last in the body’s fluids? Or do they turn part of the gasses and liquid matter? How long before the body turn’s into this Stew process. For me this is mind shocking, I did not know the process of death.
