We purchased an “anywhere” cremation pac

We purchased an “anywhere” cremation package from Neptune in AZ for my elderly mom who lived with us. The “anywhere” aspect was important as we were “snowbirds” traveling between our seasonal homes in AZ and OR. It cost $1800, and a nice wooden urn was given us at the time we signed up, along with an informative package. She made it another ten years and passed in a nursing home. We gave the folks at the nursing home Neptune’s info, and Neptune responded in the middle of the night and took care of everything. No extra fees, and no hassle. When her ashes were ready they placed them in the urn and thanked us for using their service. So, have they cleaned up their act, did we deal with a reputable location, or are some folks blaming everyone and everything during their time of mourning? It happens.
