As one of those who witnessed the National Lawyers Guild attacks on the funeral industry (“The American Way of Death” written by Jessica Mitford and assisted by her husband Robert Treuhaft of the NLG), I assisted in exposing that movement as being, in part, a back door to lawsuits by trial lawyers.
