The fact of the matter is that shitty embalming, coupled with sealing out air, creates a petri dish of anaerobic bacteria, which putrefies the body. Oh how nasty for someone in a crypt, above ground. Don’t sue Batesville, the funeral home is the one that dicked you. They were in charge of the disposition. Did they seal the casket? What kind of vault did you use? Are you in Arizona? Or Alaska? If you are going in the ground, use a sheet and a pine box, rot, and go back to the earth like nature intended. If cremation is your thing, “light a match”! Funeralizatuon is so important! Stop and remember, but do it enjoying something that person did. Oh, how times are a changing. hill.cody@gnail.com
