Several of my family members are buried

Several of my family members are buried in a cemetery in NC. The cemetery is in disrepair, the lawn work is not done, the road has huge holes and the overall condition is poor. The owners have said they are doing the best they can but they are struggling financially. Is there anything that can be done?
