Thanks for sharing this information and directing others to look at the BBB and consider other casket vendors. Terry Zimmer was one of the rudest and caustic people I have had to deal with in a long time. Be very careful in using this company. After my very bad experience trying to help out a family member, I researched the company more fully online. And, yes, their BBB affiliation has been suspended as of Aug. 2015 due to many unresolved complaints.
