I called to inquire aboutl caskets as we are in the process of preplanning funeral arrangements for my Mother while she is alive and can give her input. The salesperson on the phone acted as if I was annoying in asking questions and wasting his time. He told me to call back when I actually needed a casket then hung up on me. He is totally insulting and definitely in the wrong business!!! Not hard to see why BBB would put him on suspension. He should be out of business permanently!!!!
