Personal feelings aside, the facts are that I ordered and paid for a casket detailed in the paid invoice, a different casket arrived at the funeral home that what was ordered, and they did not respond to my repeated attempts to contact them when the burial was 17 hours from that time and they could have picked up and delivered another one given that they are up to 4- 5 hour drive away from the funeral home.
