I tried to buy a casket from Best Priced Casket. I spoke with Terry, the owner of the company twice. The first time was to research the product, as I had never purchased a casket online. The second time was to order the casket. When I was onfirming the specifications of what I was about to purchase. The Owner, (Terry ) got smart with me and hung up on me ! He was totally Rude and Obnoxious ! His loss, I called Overnight Casket and ordered from Mark. I saved $50.00 . I got a quality product in a timely manner, from a company that wanted my business !
