I started at a company in Ontario a couple of months ago and so far I have been extremely impressed by how professionally it is run. I have been in sales for almost 15 years and this is by far the most professionally run organization I have been a part of and the in the location I am in almost every rep is making very good money, though not everyone works out, which I would expect in any 100 percent commission job. This manager is very careful with his hiring and the training program is pretty fantastic, giving new staff all of the help they need. Only a short time with the company so maybe I will change my mind but I was extremely skeptical entering the business and so far the business has far surpassed my expectations. Just a note that legislation in Canada in cemetary and funeral business is a lot tighter than that of the U.S.A and there are seemingly far less issues.
