Terry is the worst business owner/boss I

Terry is the worst business owner/boss I have ever had. He treats his customers with complete disrespect. He calls callers stupid, whiny, complainers, idiots…remember this is in a time when people are buying caskets for their loved ones who have passed away!! He hangs up on customers! He consistently sends the wrong caskets on purpose! For example if you order something online there is no guarantee that it’s even in stock!! So what he will do is just send what he feels is good enough or close enough to the original order. Instead of informing the customer. He seems to be a racist from what I have heard him say. I understand if you need to save money…just remember that once the casket gets to you it may not be the one you ordered and any demands or requests the customer has will be ignored.
