The whole industry should not be painted

The whole industry should not be painted with the same brush? Really! The cemetery business is all the same. Making money. Helping families first and foremost. Bull shit. How is charging families top dollar on merchandise and charging outrageous cost to open and close a grave, high interest rates on their payment plan helping families? How many people did you sell that lost their money because they became sick or lost their jobs and could no longer pay. What happens to the money they paid in. Did they get refunded? Were they provided any merchandise? Helping families take care of this before death, making decisions together and not alone is a caring and loving thing. However this industry has become corrupt,shameless with unethical practices. Sell Sell Sell
