For those of you commenting about their BBB suspension, as of today’s date, they have not been suspended. They are still Accredited with the BBB, so take that BBB accreditation with a grain of salt. You can judge for yourself how sound the company’s business practice is by reading the actual complaints. Another outlet you can voice your concerns to is Business Consumer Alliance. They currently have bestpricecaskets with a ‘D’ rating, which seems more fitting based on the horror stories. Not only can you file a complaint, but you can also post a review about your experience. The BBB just closes the complaints as ‘resolved’ so long as the business responds, even when it’s clear that the response is unacceptable.
