My sister died in a car accident and the funeral home had to do extensive restoration work, especially on her face. We were sternly told right before viewing not to touch her face. Well, my 7 year old nephew touched it and half her face collapsed. It was terrible. They made us leave and come back the following day to do more work. When we came back the next day, there were purple marks on her neck and hand like bruises. One arm was obviously tore off in the accident and they used a fake one so one hand looked fake. She looked absolutely terrible. Her nose was ready to collapse and the lips were a bright red and looked weird. I just got tired of all the people saying it didn`t look like her at all so I had to leave. By the next day there was an hour viewing before the funeral and now her fingers on one hand turned black, even the fingernails. They had poofed up her hair. A style she would never have chosen. HORRIBLE
