It has been almost 10 years since my Granddad died. He was buried in his prepaid plot in this hell-hole of Swan Lake, which doesn’t earn the title of a decent cemetery. What a waste! What a shameful place, an EYESORE! If I had the money, I would have him dug up and reinterred in a DECENT cemetery. The ground at Swan Lake is FULL OF RUTS. Grandma can’t even walk from the road over to his grave without fear of stepping into a rut or hole and falling. The so-called “Swan Lake” gets covered in scum. They have managed to clean it oncr in awhile—probably because it’s near the entrance. The grass in the “Veteran’s Honor Section” is COVERED IN DANDELIONS. The only time there aren’t any is around memorial day and veteran’s day (because they actually mow), and in the snow (the dandelions are finally DEAD). These conditions are ONGOING FOR YEARS, FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS, AND THE CURRENT IWNERS REFUSE TO RECTIFY THEM. THIS IS ABHORRENT AND INEXCUSABLE. Swan Lake is located on Slaughter Rd. Pretty appropriate, since “SLAUGHTER” is what they have done to the RESPECT due to those who are buried in that cemetery. Something MUST be done asap.
