I talked to them today as I was planning

I talked to them today as I was planning on buying a casket for my gramps (he was coming over to pick it out as he doesnt want to pay 10 mil for a casket) and have hit shipped to his home to store until needed and this guy got on the phone that was a complete ASS!! He was very rude and obnoxious and wouldt tell me his name, i can only assume it was this was Terry Zimmer!!! I WILL NOT BUY A CASKET FROM THIS ASSHOLE!!! If i were a family in grieving at this time this would have sent me over the edge. What a jerk!!!
