Both parents had purchased Neptune contracts in the 90’s. Dad passed away in 2007 and Mom in 2015. Everything went very smoothly, bodies were transported and cremated per agreement, local office honored contract from different county, all staff respectful at every turn, made my part so much easier. Can’t vouch for others’ experience but mine was exactly as expected and if indeed one pays a premium for that i am ok with it. I do think it was a gift from them to handle it well in advance and as soon as the estate is settled, I plan to do the same with Neptune.
