Where is the reverence for humanity with Alkaline Hydrolysis? The level of disconnect in this process is deeply troubling… Municipal systems throughout the country are themselves at various stages of critical mass so why create or add to the problem by dumping these types of chemicals in our water systems to only have to deal with trying to take them out later? Maybe, we consider abandoning the normalcy of the “just flush it down the drain and don’t worry about it” mindset. Speaking of water, this process uses a lot of water. Aren’t we (California) having enough water shortage issues? Straight from the Funeral Industry rule book: “All marketing claims, including environmental and public health-related claims, made by those who offer or promote alkaline hydrolysis must be verifiable and accurate. Misleading and deceptive statements regarding the alkaline hydrolysis process, including misrepresentations regarding environmental and/or public health safety claims, must be prohibited.” FTC are you out there?
