I have much compassion and empathy for someone who is taken advantage of money wise. We live in a time were it doesn’t pay to trust anyone in regards to purchasing anything. The scams and con artist outnumber the “honest” ones 100 to 1. It is that bad. I never make a move (over several hundred dollars) without doing research and getting advice from experts I feel I can trust and not just one. Sociopathic and low life people are involved in anything that makes money but they maximize profits by ripping people off. I trust no one when it comes to money. All the while they assume they are feeling me in I am friendly and courteous while I research their reputation and claims. I could not count the times it took very minimal research to learn I was dealing with smooth talking trash. Neptune (involving a family member) was no exception. Keep in mind, as far as the old interweb goes, almost all companies pay people to post phony reviews oohing and ahhing about how great they are. They pay them because satisfied customers are either oblivious to their situation or non existent. Neptune is the new “cool and with it ” way to do business. Don’t be old fashioned and offer a quality product or service at a reasonable price, get with the times and rip em off for every dollar you can squeeze out of them. Crooks have always been around but now they are the majority by far ! Sad but reality.
