I am in the midst of trying to pre-plan my own funeral (I prefer cremation and have spoke with my family concerning this). My plan was to purchase an URN I like and put all of my details (will, documentation, etc) inside the urn. My concern is I am presently in Tennessee and may not stay here forever, or may be on vacation when the end event occurs. Read more
My mom passed away in Oct of 2012. I found some paperwork dating back to 1998 showing that the cemetery salesman sold her 4 items. A granite veterans side by side base since my dad served 22 years, a vase, her own bronze marker and a special plastic type burial vault made by Vantage company in Georgia. Read more
I think this is a Bash Board against The Neptune Society. People that do not pre plan with Neptune are going to empty the wallet after the fact at the funeral home. The funeral homes love to see upset families and work on your grief and emotions to get more out of your family after you were too cheap to do the right thing. Read more
My Mother purchased the plan and passed away 2 years ago. All was as advertised. I hand the Nurse at the hospital the Neptune card, and that was all I had to do. What can I say –Thank you Neptune Society.
