Indigent Burial Programs help ensure, as a community, that everyone who exits this life and enters the next, is surrounded by people that care about them.

Matthew Whisman runs a one-of-a-kind program in Louisville, KY that provides burial and cremation services for individuals who do not have the financial resources or family to provide them. Read more

In-person pre- and post-conference events will be held on Friday 9/27 and Sunday 9/29.
In-Person and Virtual Conference will be held on Saturday 9/28.

Five deathcare nonprofits are teaming up to host a super conference!
This conference is jointly hosted by the Funeral Consumers AllianceNational Home Funeral AllianceNational End-of-Life Doula AlliancePAUSE, and the People’s Memorial Association.

The goal of this event is for alternative deathcare and funeral care providers to share resources and have high-level conversations about what we want the future of deathcare to look like, from death doulas to hospice to home funerals to green burials and alternative disposition options to protecting consumer funerary rights.
